CCS has on 16 June 2009 issued a Proposed Infringement Decision Against Express Bus Agencies Association (EBAA) and 16 companies for fixing the prices of express bus tickets from Singapore to various destinations in Malaysia from 2006 to 2008.

CCS has informed the IEA that its Professional Fees/Commission Guidelines are likely to infringe the Competition Act. The IEA has been advised to remove its recommendation on fees and fee structures.
