The Competition Commission of Singapore ("Commission") is a statutory body established under the Competition Act (Chapter 50B) on 1 January 2005 to administer and enforce the Act. It comes under the purview of the Ministry of Trade and Industry.

The CCS Logo

The above identity is designed to encapsulate the spirit and essence of the statutory board, in its efforts to promote the efficient functioning of markets in Singapore by curbing anti-competitive activities.

The use of a teal/blue colour represents authority and professionalism in the way the CCS will carry out its work, while the orange colour is used to reflect a fresh outlook to encourage business confidence and contribute to a vibrant business environment.

The font used is kept clean and streamlined to reflect competence and integrity of the CCS in performing its role.

Overall, the combined elements depict CCS as a modern, dynamic and progressive organization. The acronym 'CCS' merged together with a circular shape, symbolizes the balance and impartiality with which CCS will carry out its work.
