The CCS Mid-Term Schoarship is offered to outstanding individuals who are currently pursuing their education in local universities. 

The CCS Mid-Term scholarship covers:

• Annual Allowance
• Tuition and compulsory fees
• Hostel fees, where applicable

Scholars are required to take advantage of the Tuition Grant Scheme provided by the Singapore Government for subsidized education.

Course of Study

We offer successful candidates sponsorship for all courses of study except Medicine, Dentistry and Architecture in the National University of Singapore (NUS), Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and Singapore Management University (SMU).

We may sponsor you for further postgraduate studies in a local university after your undergraduate degree.  The decision depends on a combination of factors including your academic results, chosen field for further studies and your academic inclination.

CCS Internship Programme

As a CCS mid-term Scholar, you will be given the opportunity to participate in our internship programme for 8 weeks during your vacation, to give you a greater appreciation of the different areas of work in the CCS.

Service Commitment

You will be required to serve a bond of one year for each year of study covered by the CCS Mid-Term Scholarship.  An additional bond of one year is imposed if you are sponsored for postgraduate studies in a local university.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

• Be Singapore citizens
• Be current local university undergraduate students
• Possess excellent academic results
• Have good co-curriculum activities records
• Have demonstrated track records of leadership qualities

Male applicants must complete their National Service before commencing their undergraduate studies.

It takes approximately 15 – 25 minutes to complete the form.

Please send in your GCE “O” Level results, GCE “A” level results, Polytechnic results, University transcripts, and CCA records from your Secondary School, Junior College / Polytechnic and University to the address below within one week from the date you submit your application.
