We invite applications for the position of:
Assistant Director / Manager / Executive (Human Resource)
Responsibilities:
You will be part of the Human Resource team providing integrated HR services and solutions to support the business functions in their achievement of business objectives. Reporting to the Senior Assistant Director of HR, you will review and administer HR policies and procedures for talent attraction, performance management, talent management, training and development, employee engagement, and general human resource and benefits administration.
Requirements:
· A good Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
· Preferably with minimum 2 years of HR-related work experience. Fresh graduates with good academic results are also welcome to apply
· Self-motivated team player who is strong in execution and multi-tasking
· Good planning, organisational as well as verbal and written communication skills
A competitive remuneration package commensurate with the applicants’ qualifications and experience will be offered.
Actual designation will depend on the years of experience the applicants possess.
