Briefing to Enterprise Development Centres (EDCs) - 19th June 2008
CCS will be collaborating with SPRING Singapore to address to the Enterprise Development Centre (EDC) officers who serve the local small and medium enterprises (SMEs) at their 2nd EDC Sharing Session. The EDCs provide business advisory services on topics like government assistance or policies to the SMEs.

Presenter's Profile
Ching Sann, B.A. (Oxon), LL.M (London), has been with the Competition Commission of Singapore since 2005 and is currently the Deputy Director, Legal and Enforcement Division. Her work at CCS includes the leading of case teams and the drafting of legislation and guidelines.
Sann is admitted to practice law in both Singapore and New York State. Prior to joining the CCS, Sann was a Justices’ Law Clerk at the Supreme Court of Singapore and an Assistant Registrar of the High Court of Singapore.
