Seminar on "Relevance of Competition Law to Your Business"

CCS will be organising a seminar with the Singapore Business Federation (SBF) to present to their members on competition law and its relevance to them.

Presenter's Profile

Adam Nakhoda LLB (Bristol) is a Senior Assistant Director with the Competition Commission of Singapore ("CCS"). He has previously served as a Deputy Public Prosecutor with the Attorney-General's Chambers, and as a Magistrate and Deputy Registrar in the Subordinate Courts of Singapore.  He has been involved in cartel investigations conducted by the CCS, including the recently concluded investigation involving pest-control companies.
