The Public Register provides information on decisions, directions and certain notices given by the Competition Commission under the Competition Act (Chapter 50B). It also provides summary details of notifications made by undertakings for a decision under section 44 or 51 of the Act.

• Notified agreement or conduct– this contains a summary of the nature and objectives of the agreement or conduct which has been notified for decision, and will record the outcome of the applications in due course.

• Investigations – this will contain a summary of decisions made under the Act, in relation to any infringements of the section 34 prohibition or/and section 47 prohibition.

• Notified mergers or anticipated mergers - this will contain a summary of the mergers/anticipated mergers which have been notified for decision, and the outcomes of the applications upon determination by the CCS.
