PART 5

INFORMATION FOR THE CCS PUBLIC REGISTER

(TO BE COMPLETED BY THE APPLICANT(S))

1.         The Applicants

Dubai Drydocks World LLC

2.         Description of the merger

The notification is in relation to a voluntary conditional cash offer by Dubai Drydocks World LLC (“DDW”) for all the issued and paid-up ordinary shares in the capital of Labroy Marine Limited (“LML”). DDW and LML are of the view that given the strong competitive nature of the shipbuilding/repair/conversion, as well as rig building industries and the multitude of competitors in the worldwide markets, the merger, when carried into effect, will not lead to a substantial lessening of competition in the relevant Reportable Markets.

3.         Relevant good(s) or service(s) involved

The worldwide provision of shipbuilding/repair/conversion services, as well as rig building services.
