Groupe Danone S.A. 2.                    Description of the merger The notification concerns the proposed acquisition by Kraft Foods Global, Inc. of the global biscuit, snacks and cereals business (the “Danone Biscuit Business”) from Groupe Danone S.A. (the “Proposed Acquisition”).  The Danone Biscuit Business includes the sale and production of sweet and savoury biscuit products, snacks and bread substitute products.  Its major brands include LU, Prince, TUC and Cracotte.    3.                    Relevant good(s) or service(s)             involved The biscuits market in Singapore.
