Competition Act (Chapter 50B) Public Register – Notified Agreements and Conduct
An undertaking who is party to an agreement and who considers that the agreement may infringe the section 34 prohibition, or an undertaking who considers that its conduct may infringe the section 47 prohibition, can choose to notify the CCS of the agreement or conduct and apply for guidance or a decision. Notifications for guidance are kept confidential.
The links below allow you to view the summary of the nature and objectives of the notifications for a decision, in respect of an agreement or conduct, received by the CCS. The outcome will be recorded in due course.
