The CCS Guidelines

The Competition Commission of Singapore has, in 2007, produced a bound volume of the 12 guidelines titled 'The CCS Guidelines'. It contains the full text of the 12 guidelines, including the 2 guidelines which have been issued in relation to the merger regime - the CCS Guidelines on the Substantive Assessment of Mergers and on Merger Procedures, in one reference volume.
