About CCS

CCS is Singapore’s competition authority.

Established on 1 January 2005, it is a statutory board under the Ministry of Trade and Industry and is tasked to administer and enforce the Competition Act (Chapter 50B). 

Mission:

The mission of CCS is to champion competition for growth and choice.

Vision:

The mission of CCS will help to realize the vision of a vibrant Singapore economy with competitive markets and innovative businesses. CCS strives to be a leading competition authority known for its professionalism.
