The Competition Commission of Singapore champions competition for growth and choice. We enforce the Competition Act by taking action against anti-competitive behaviour, abuse of dominance, and mergers that substantially lessen competition. We have a strong advocacy program to promote the benefits of competition to the business community, members of the public and government agencies.
