CCS Guidelines

The CCS Guidelines outline how CCS will administer and enforce the provisions under the Act. They are published to provide greater transparency and clarity to interested parties. The Guidelines were finalised after seeking input and feedback from the public.


The 13 Guidelines published to date are:
