ASEAN Regional Guidelines on Competition Policy

The Guidelines is developed by the AEGC and is based on country experiences and international best practices. It serves as a guide for ASEAN Member States in their efforts to design, implement and enforce an effective national Competition Policy and Law regime. It is not intended to be a full or binding statement on competition policy, but helps to increase Member States’ awareness of the importance of competition policy, with a view to stimulating the development of best practices and enhancing cooperation between Member States.
