2010 Public Consultation on CCS’s Proposed Recommendation to the Minister of Trade and Industry to extend the Competition (Block Exemption Order for Liner Agreements) Order 2006

The public consultation, on CCS's proposed recommendation to the Minister to extend the Competition (Block Exemption Order for Liner Agreements) Order 2006 and to make proposed amendments to the filing requirements for liner shipping agreements, was held over a three-week period from 14 September to 4 October 2010.
