The public consultation on the draft Guidelines on Price Transparency was held from 30 September 2019 to 21 October 2019.
The Guidelines on Price Transparency (“Guidelines”) was developed to guide suppliers in their display and advertisement of prices to avoid infringing the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (“CPFTA”). The Guidelines apply to both online and offline transactions.
