Focus of Commitments/Remedies

The commitments address potential competition concerns arising from the Proposed Transaction, namely the reduction of competitive pressure between the parties that could lead to higher prices for Electric Vehicle (“EV”) charging services supplied at housing development board carparks in the East region of Singapore. 

The commitments ensure that EV charging prices at these carparks would not exceed pre-Proposed Transaction levels, except in certain limited circumstances, and that EV drivers would not be discriminated against in the application of discounts or rebate schemes solely because they charge their EVs in the East region of Singapore.
