GCR held its 5th Annual Asia-Pacific Law Leaders Forum on 3rd - 4th March 2016 in Singapore. Officials of competition regulators from the region and practitioners were invited to speak at the panels to share their views on the future of competition law across the ASEAN countries. CCS’s Chief Executive Mr Toh Han Li also spoke at the panel with other ASEAN officials on the discussion of effective enforcement and harmonisation of the competition law across the region.
