CCS hosted an AEGC Brainstorming Meeting on Developing an ASEAN Competition Compliance Toolkit for Businesses on 12 & 13 September 2017. Representatives from competition authorities in ASEAN participated in the meeting, which aimed to provide guidance to ASEAN Member States (AMSs) on effective tools and best practices for promoting business compliance with competition law, as well as specific considerations for engaging the business community. The meeting also discussed the development of a toolkit for businesses operating in ASEAN to facilitate competition compliance by businesses in the region.
