CCCS IPOS Seminar 13 Nov 2018

The event is co-organised by the Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore (CCCS) and IP Academy, the training arm of Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS). The seminar this year focused on the interface between IP and Competition Law, paying particular attention to the development of FRAND (fair, reasonable, and non-discriminatory) licences and commitments, recent decisions involving FRAND, as well as the interface between IP and consumer protection laws.
