COPCOMER Seminar: Price Regulation

The Community of Practice for Competition and Economic Regulations (COPCOMER) Seminar was held on 24 June 2016. It focused on the discussion and experiences of price regulation within the member agencies. 50 representatives from member agencies participated in this seminar.

Professor Phang Sock Yong, Vice Provost (Faculty Matters) & Celia Moh Professor of Economics of the Singapore Management University and Commission Member of CCS, shared the alternative price regulatory regimes present in Singapore. The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore also shared its efforts in port development and its application of price regulation across the maritime service sectors.
