CCS's Chief Executive, Mr Toh Han Li was invited to speak at the Economic Developments in European Competition Policy conference organised by Charles River Associate in Brussels on 7 December 2016. Mr Toh presented on the topic ‘Is Europe a Good Model for the New Agencies Coming of Age?’ specifically touching on the development of competition policy and law in Asia. Other topics discussed at the conference included big data and competition issues, mergers and common ownership, and exclusive dealing and vertical agreements.
