Engagement with the Philippine Competition Commission and Legal Community

In an event hosted by the Philippine Competition Commission (PCC), CCCS's Chief Executive, Mr Toh Han Li, spoke to the community of legal practitioners on 27 August 2019 in Manila, Philippines. Mr Toh shared CCCS's experience in engaging stakeholders to foster a culture of competition and compliance. He also highlighted the importance of a competition compliance progamme for businesses to educate employees on the dos and don'ts of the Competition Act.
PCC's Chairman, Arsenio M. Balisacan and Commissioners Amabelle C. Asuncion, Johannes R. Bernabe and Macario R. de Claro, Jr also took the stage with Mr Toh to take questions from the audience.
That same morning, Mr Toh shared insights into good practices for agency effectiveness and his experience as Chief Executive in a roundtable discussion with staff of PCC.
