Primer Competition Webinar

The Competition and Consumer Commission of Singapore (“CCCS”) and the Law Society of Singapore are proud to jointly present the “Competition Primer” webinar. In this webinar, participants will be introduced to CCCS’s work in the field of competition law. CCCS officers will give an overview of the key prohibitions of the Competition Act 2004, the competition legal framework applicable in Singapore and how these are enforced by CCCS. The topics to be covered include dawn raids, leniency applications, compliance programmes and the considerations when filing a merger notification with CCCS. During the panel discussions, experienced competition practitioners will share their perspectives on these topics as well as how to guide clients on competition issues.
