Across jurisdictions, competition frameworks are being updated and competition authorities are adapting their enforcement approaches to meet the needs and challenges of the evolving economic landscape. During the fireside chat, Professor Whish will share his insights, including on case developments and key themes that have emerged from jurisdictions in the EU and the UK.
