Application Procedures

CCS provides a structured process for businesses applying for leniency, detailing initial contact options, evidence submission requirements, and cooperation expectations to facilitate transparency and compliance in cartel investigations.

There are four ways for you to make a leniency application:

Online form

The online form is a convenient way for you to make a leniency application.  

Email

If you have supporting documents, download the CCS's Leniency Application Form, and email the completed form together with the supporting documents to ccs_leniency@ccs.gov.sg.

You can also send the completed CCS Leniency Application Form by post to:
