Application Procedures

CCS provides a structured process for businesses applying for leniency, detailing initial contact options, evidence submission requirements, and cooperation expectations to facilitate transparency and compliance in cartel investigations.

There are four ways for you to make a leniency application:

Online form

The online form (opens in new tab) is a convenient way for you to make a leniency application.  

Email

If you have supporting documents, download the CCS's Leniency Application Form (opens in new tab), and email the completed form together with the supporting documents to ccs_leniency@ccs.gov.sg (opens in new tab).

You can also send the completed CCS Leniency Application Form by post to:

In Person

You can also arrange to meet CCS. Call our hotline on 1800- 325 8282 to set up an appointment.
